WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
We want our customers to be nothing less than 100% satisfied with their purchase(s); therefore, whatever your post-purchase concern is; do let us know within 30 calendar days of receipt of your purchase. Returns, once authorized by Customer Services, will be processed immediately. Please note:
- Apart from damaged products, you can return products that were wrongly ordered and obtain full refunds on them. Take care that the product remains unopened and unused and you are willing to bear postage costs.
- We’ll be happy to refund postage costs if the shipped item was defective or if we’ve sent out a wrong item.
- In case of delivery failures due to incorrect entry of addresses or unavailability of the recipient(s) or his/her/their representative(s) on the delivery date, postage charges won’t be refunded. The refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
- You can’t return any of the fragrances under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
- For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will deduct it off your next purchase(s). Or, you must have a Paypal account to receive the refunded amount(s).

TAKE NOTE: Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.

We offer FREE DHL Express Shipping on all domestic orders! For other countries, we charge reasonably for the shipping. It varies with the shipping method you choose while you checkout.
